Playtime and Flying a Kite

Tai got to spend a couple of days in a row with his buddy Aria, including a brunchtime playdate today at Aria's house. Thanks to Shalu for making a brunch that could be featured on the Food Network. And how exciting was it for Thu and Shalu to hang out with Karen for the weekend. The three freshman year roommates reunite!

Finally, we ended the day by flying a kite at Cesar Chavez Park in Berkeley, where people take advantage of the ocean breeze to fly all sorts of colorful shapes. I was in Washington, DC this week and got the kite at the National Air and Space Museum.
